2. Use the line size palette to set the line size. For information on line sizes, see the “Line Size” topic.
3. Use the color and pattern palettes to select a foreground color and pattern, a line color and pattern, and a background color. For information on selecting colors and patterns, see the “Color” and “Pattern” topics.
4. Double-click the rounded rectangle tool, or select the rounded rectangle tool and choose Rounded Rectangle Tool from the Options menu to set the radius of the rounded corners.
The Rounded Rectangle dialog box opens.
5. Set the radius of the rounded corners.
Select Absolute and enter a value (in pixels) if you want the corners to retain their radius regardless of the size of the rounded rectangle. Select Relative and move the slider bar to the desired position if you want to set the radius to be proportional to the size of the rounded rectangle. Use the sample area on the right side of the dialog box to check your settings.
6. Click OK.
7. Drag the rounded rectangle tool where you want to paint rounded rectangles. Press Shift as you drag the tool to paint rounded squares.
